  Deputy Director General for Economic Regulation and Research 
Description: This position seeks a senior economist with a solid background in telecommunications regulation and understanding of cost models to lead NCA’s applied economics agenda and build a core team of regulatory economists. The Deputy Director General for Regulation and Research will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the Authority’s key economic regulation and research functions. These are divided into three main areas of responsibility: (1) Licensing and Competition; (2) Economic Research and Tariffs; and (3) Consumer Protection. Description: This position calls for a senior manager to work with top management to shape the NCA’s strategic review agenda, and lead the implementation of Authority-wide reforms and plans.   eGhana Project Co-ordinator 
Description: The Ministry of Communications intends to recruit a Project Coordinator with the main objective of ensuring effective and flexible planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the eGhana project, inter alia, and ensuring that the beneficiaries are well involved in all project activities.

The Project Coordinator will work under the guidance of MoC, liaising and working with other staff of GICTeD, MoC, and the eGhana Management Team.
